JAM is where children have so much fun learning about how awesome God is that they don't want to miss a single time. A place where the worship music is so contemporary and engaging that the children leave the building humming the tunes and singing the words that help them remember biblical truths every day of the week!  A place where volunteers are serving with joy and where children learn to connect Jesus with their community and beyond.

Upward basketball and cheerleading is for students Kindergarten through Sixth Graders.

Practices take place Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 5:30 pm.

Games take place on Saturdays from 8 am until Noon.

Wednesdays 6-7:30 pm

1/25: Sparks Boat Regatta

AWANA Clubs take place every Wednesday Evening from 6-7:30 pm during the school year for ages 3 years to 6th grade. 

Join us for exciting events throughout the year that include:

Crazy Hair Night, Costume Night, Backward Night,
Rock & Roll Night, Super Bowl Sport Team Night,
Crazy Sock Night, AWANA Grand Prix,
Boat Regatta, Pie in the Face Night & Award Night

Children's Sunday School classes are for bed babies through sixth graders.  Please enter through the Welcome Center on 5th street.

Children at First Baptist

Children are very important to the church family of Palmetto First Baptist. We have something for every child from cradle through the pre-teen years of sixth grade. From Sunday through Friday, our church ministers to children and their parents through Bible study, music, mission work, after-school care, day care and just plain fun.
