What is Flourish?

Flourish, created by The Grove at Passion City Church, is designed to help women grow spiritually by guiding them through Scripture in the context of discipleship. It is a collection of Bible Study materials covering 12 months of Scripture-based content created for women to use as a resource for discipleship. 

Throughout your journey, you will experience:

  • Rich spiritual mentoring rooted in God’s Word.
  • Wisdom and encouragement from a woman ahead in her walk with Jesus.
  • Explore what Scripture says about relevant day-to-day topics such as identity, calling, gratitude, relationships, prayer, and more.

God created us for community. He perfectly and purposefully designed the Church as a body of believers because He knew we could not do this life alone. We need each other. Titus 2:3-5 calls women into a God-filled life for the sake of the Gospel and invites us into intentional mentoring relationships so that together our lives can flourish for the fame and glory of Jesus. This calling up into a higher standard of living is the heartbeat and hope of FLOURISH: A Mentoring Journey.

This yearlong mentorship group between older and younger women is rooted in the unchanging truth of Scripture that holds the power to transform our lives.

This discipleship journey was created for women to intentionally engage The Word and navigate all areas of life with each other as mentor and mentee. 

Flourish is more than a Bible Study. It’s a journey for every woman in your church to become rooted in The Word, build a deeper community, and grow through discipleship. 

Flourish is a mentoring program facilitated by church leaders and staff aiming to pair women in different stages of their spiritual life together for a 12-month journey through The Word. Within these intentional relationships, mentors and mentees grow through authentic community, devoted time in Scripture, and prayer. 

What can I expect from the Flourish experience?

Ready to Mentor?

A mentoring relationship is born when one woman confidently guides another in the process of viewing her life through the lens of Scripture, modeling a practical lifestyle that displays Jesus and His Gospel.

Biblical Mentoring must always be informational, relational, and transformational. The Gospel helps us blend these three so beautifully! Flourish will equip mentors with the biblical framework to help them carry out this call inspired by Titus 2:7: “In everything, set them an example by doing what is good.”
