What is Palmetto Kids All About?
Jesus! Palmetto Kids is a Christ-centered ministry encompassing all the children’s ministry functions of First Baptist Church of Palmetto. We serve children from bed babies through 5th Grade through a number of programs and events. Our goal is to come alongside parents to share the love of Christ with their children so they can grow to share the love of Christ with their community and beyond.

What happens during Kids Worship?
This full hour program features games, worship, drama, Scripture memorization and Bible lessons for our K-5th grade kids! Kid’s Worship generally follows a four-week theme, so there is something new every month! Lessons will usually include content discussed in the adult message so parents and kids can talk about it together at home! To see what’s going on check out the “Parent Resources” sign in the Loft! Kid’s Worship is offered on Sundays at both 9:15 and 10:45 am worship hours.
![]() | 2HK: Second Hour Kids is a follow-on activity for those kids who have attended the 9:15 Kids Worship Service but aren’t leaving until after the 10:45 service concludes. 2HK includes game time, playground, crafts and more! 2HK is only offered during the 10:45 am service. |
