Living Hope Ministries:

We are excited to partner with Living Hope Ministries in Rwanda. Located just outside of the capital city Kigali, the Living Hope Academy, a fully accredited school, welcomes over 250 students, ages two to fourth grade. The school building also hosts community outreaches including women’s sewing and cooking groups, pastor trainings, health seminars, and a thriving Children’s Sunday School. Eventually the goal is to build a church and offer even more services to their community. 

Our Next Trip:

In early to mid-July 2026 we will send a team to partner with Living Hope Ministries through activities such as:

• Teaching kids
• Leading games and music
• Home visitations to meet students’ families
• One-Day Community VBS
• Pastor/Leader Training
• Community Visits/Outreach
• Sunday Service
• Women’s Outreach

A Typical Day:

The typical day in the field lasts from 8 am – 4:30 pm. If there is an evening meeting or gathering, days will last a bit longer. Most meals are at the hotel except lunches which we pay to be prepared and brought in for the teams and guests.

Trip Requirements:

We will require a handful of training meetings where we will review Rwanda’s history and cultural awareness as well as evangelism training. Training meeting dates are to be determined.

Traveling to Rwanda is a LONG journey. Members must be good travelers, in good health, and be able to remain flexible as plans and dates will change. Moderate exertion is required while in Rwanda, as there is one tall hill we will climb every day to get to the school. 

Ages 18+ for this trip unless traveling with a parent. If younger than 18, the child must be mature enough for this type of trip.

All team members will be vetted for suitability to this trip and its goals.
