The purpose of WEE World is to provide a variety of experiences that will encourage learning and healthy development in a Christ-centered ministry. Through this ministry, your child will have many opportunities to experience growth intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
The curriculum used in this ministry is “WEE Learn” published by Lifeway Christian Resources. Supplemental materials are also used in developing units of study.
WEE World is accredited by the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, Inc. in Tallahassee, Florida.

WEE World’s schedule follows the Manatee County public school calendar and is from August to June. WEE Camp is available from June to early August for full-time students.
WEE World is closed one week in November for Fall Break, two weeks in December for Christmas/New Years, one week for Spring Break, Labor Day, President’s Day, M. L. King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day and Independence Day.
Our curriculum serves two year olds through VPK. To be eligible for WEE World, students must be two, three or four years old by September 1st.
Centers: Art, Dramatic Play, Writing, Books, Puzzles, Math, Nature, Science & Blocks.
Large Group Activities: Teacher directed lessons, listen to stories, share conversation & sing.
Table Time: Projects which promote learning to listen and follow directions and which enhance small motor skills.
Two Year Old Class: Develop social skills (show kindness, sharing, taking turns, helping, etc.); learn to listen and follow simple directions; establish a routine; Bible stories.
Three Year Old Class: Sharpen social skills; reinforce and develop knowledge of colors, shapes, name recognition; number concepts (counting to five, matching, patterns & opposites); develop attention span; introduce problem solving skills; Bible stories.
VPK Class: Develop the importance of personal responsibility of behavior, materials and performance; pre-reading skills (letter and word recognition); number recognition and meaning; sequencing; self-expression through art, music and dramatic play; Bible stories; use of innovative ways to present material to peak curiosity and thinking; mature problem solving skills.
